Meta Commits to Cognitive Diversity Amid DEI Program Changes

Meta recently announced changes to its diversity programs, including the dismantling of DEI initiatives, sparking frustration among some employees. However, subsequent layoffs and organizational changes have led to a gradual decline in the company’s focus on DEI initiatives.
